The 16th Annual International Biocuration Conference (Biocuration 2023) is organized in collaboration with the International Society for Biocuration (ISB). ISB members save significantly on the registration fee. See this page for more information about ISB membership and registration.
Please also note that this conference is fully in-person, i.e., we are not providing virtual attendance options.
What’s Included with Registration
The registration fee covers:
- In-person attendance at all sessions (including workshops)
- Lunch on full conference days
- Coffee/refreshments during breaks
- Welcome and poster receptions

Pricing
Prices include the local (Italian) value added tax (VAT) of 22%.

The registration form allows you to communicate any of the following dietary restrictions/requirements:

Travel Fellowships (Closed)
Travel fellowships are available from the International Society of Biocuration (ISB). More information on eligibility and application can be found here. The application period closes on December 20th, 2022.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
- For cancellations until January 31st, 2023: full refund of registration fees received, excluding a €100.00 administrative fee
- For cancellations between January 31st and March 15th, 2023: refund of 70% of registration fees received, excluding a €100.00 administrative fee
- For cancellations after March 15th, 2023: no refund will be possible
All refunds will be handled after the Meeting.
